I’ve researched TAFE’s, Trade Manuals, and the WEB looking for that tool, that edge, that point of difference, that alternative that will improve my reputation and skill as an Electro-Technology Projects Estimator. I couldn't find it-so I built my own with patent protection.
I’ve worked with many Estimators, each with their own methods and procedures, each with varying degrees of success and accountability. For anyone with Electro-Technology experience and competency interested in obtaining UEECO0001 formerly UEENEEC005B Estimate Electro-Technology qualifications and an alternative to their current Estimating methods and procedures this course has been developed for you.
The course consists of 3 Modules with exercises and theory tests for each module.
You will be expected to complete and return all exercise’s and respond to the theory test questions within each module using the forms provided and submissions you are expected to create to determine your level of COMPETENCY.

As an old chippie once said to me “Estimators are on a hiding to nothing” and he’s right when you consider the many external influences.
You need all these external influences Synergised and managed to deliver success, however, you also need an accurate, realistic and achievable budget Estimate to begin with. WHY OUTSOURCE YOUR ESTIMATING? Isn't this another external influence, risk, expense and overhead? How do you BUILD customer relationships when you OUTSOURCE your estimating? This course is the result of knowledge that cannot be found on the WEB or in any training facility that we are aware of.
According to the Australian Industry Standards (AIS) on behalf of the Industry Reference Committee (IRC), the current number of qualified Electro-Technology estimators capable of the tendering knowledge needed to comprehensively quote for and secure projects, with an accurate budgeting outcome, is extremely small.
